Users can request deletion of their PrepBee account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion:

1. Send an email to info@lotusinfotech.co.in

2. Use the subject line: “PrepBee Account Deletion Request”

3. Include the email address used to register in the app.

Upon verification, the account and associated personal data will be deleted within 7 business days.

Some information may be retained where required by law or for security purposes.
